Biographies
Fred Robertson
Fred Robertson graduated from Cornell University and has an MBA from the College of William and Mary.  From 1974 through 1978, Mr. Robertson worked for Dupont Chemical Company where he was an Associate Portfolio Manager in the Pension Fund Investment Department.  In 1978, he joined Criterion Investment Management in Houston, Texas to help develop institutional fixed income management.  

Mr. Robertson served at Criterion through several changed corporate structures and names from 1978 to 2002.  He served as a Senior Portfolio Manager, Chief Investment Officer and President.  The assets under management at Criterion grew to over $15 billion.  Criterion offered its management styles in separate accounts, mutual funds and through wrap-fee relationships.

Since his retirement from Criterion in 2002, Mr. Robertson has been engaged in consulting to investment and wealth management companies.

Mr. Robertson is married, has two children and resides in Houston, Texas.  He serves on the board of Stellar Bank.  He also serves or has served on the following non-profit boards:

FR Resources, Inc.

Karen Kresta is a native Texan and attended the University of Houston majoring in Business Management and Administration.   In 1983 Ms. Kresta joined The Bank of New York in Houston, Texas and worked for them approximately 20 years where she held several different positions from Administrative Office Manager to Vice President. 
In 2003, she joined FR Resources, Inc. where she handles all management of the office and assist the President with many projects.  Ms. Kresta resides in Richmond, Texas. She is a member and active volunteer in the Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Network of Houston Society.
